Seating arrangements are affected by specific theatre policy.
NEW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ALL PAYMENTS must be mailed to Touring Players' Theatre by cheque and made payable to TOUR PLAY, NO LATER THAN 2 WEEKS prior to the performance.
ANY ADDITIONS to your booking are dependent on available seats and should be made as soon as possible.
ANY REDUCTIONS to your booking must be made NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS prior to the performance and may not exceed 30 % OF YOUR TOTAL ORIGINAL BOOKING
ANY TOTAL CANCELLATION of a booking must be made 60 DAYS prior to a performance to avoid a cancellation fee of 50 % of the booking.
ON THE DAY OF THE PERFORMANCE you are allowed a maximum number of absentees equivalent to 10 PAID SEATS or 10% of PAID SEATS portion of your booking, whichever is LESS. You are not charged for these last minute absentees. HOWEVER, ANY ABSENTEES ON THE DAY OF THE PERFORMANCE OVER AND ABOVE THE ALLOWABLE LIMIT MUST BE PAID.
ALL LATE PAYMENTS are subject to a late payment fee based on the total amount owing equivalent to 2% per month.
ANY REFUNDS will be processed and mailed, once final numbers are verified on the day of the performance
NO BABES IN ARMS OR CHILDREN UNDER 2 YEARS OF AGE.
